Every Drug Lab Cleanup job starts with testing, since remediation scope depends entirely on what contamination is actually present.
We test before assuming scope, since contamination in a former lab property doesn't always match what's visible.
Drywall, carpet, and insulation that tested positive for chemical residue are removed, since these materials absorb contamination that can't be cleaned out.
Ductwork often circulates contamination throughout a property during lab activity and requires cleaning or replacement as part of remediation.
Extended ventilation periods help clear residual chemical off-gassing from materials before final clearance testing is performed.
Post-remediation testing confirms contamination levels meet applicable clearance standards, with documentation provided for the property record.
We work with real estate agents and attorneys when testing and clearance need to fit into a transaction timeline.
